Privacy Policy: Tether

This policy explains how OOKI Games (operated by Regionald Collins, "we") handles information in the iOS game Tether (bundle ID com.regionaldcollins.tether, the "App") and this website.

What we do not collect

The App has no accounts, no login and no email sign-up, and we do not use an analytics provider. Your game progress, shards, purchases state and settings are stored on your device. We do not sell personal information.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The App shows ads through Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK). These are optional rewarded ads you choose to watch, and interstitial ads shown between runs (unless you buy Remove Ads). Google may collect and process, under its own policies:

• Device identifiers such as the identifier for vendors (IDFV) or similar app-scoped IDs;
• Coarse location inferred from your IP address;
• Advertising and product interaction data (ad views, clicks, app interactions);
• Diagnostic data such as crash and performance information.

Non-personalized ads and tracking

The App requests only non-personalized ads. It does not show Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt, does not use the Apple advertising identifier (IDFA) to track you, and does not track you across other companies' apps and websites.

EEA, UK and Switzerland

If you are in the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, the App shows Google's consent form (User Messaging Platform) before ads are requested. You can review or change your choices at any time with the Privacy choices button in the App's shop. You have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing and to complain to your local data protection authority. Because we do not hold data that identifies you, requests about ad data are best directed to Google, but you may contact us and we will help.

Purchases

In-app purchases (Remove Ads and shard packs) are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your payment details. The App handles purchases directly with Apple's StoreKit on your device, and we do not use a third-party purchase service. Apple can restore non-consumable purchases such as Remove Ads on a new device with "Restore Purchases".

Children

The App is a general-audience game and is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will help remove it.

Data retention and security

On-device data stays until you delete the App. Data collected by Google is retained under Google's policies. To ask about your data or to exercise your rights, contact us at ookigames76@gmail.com.

Changes

We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new "last updated" date.
