How do I restore my purchases?

Open the App, go to Shop (or Settings) and tap Restore Purchases. Sign in with the same Apple ID you bought with. Remove Ads, the Starter Pack, the Special Blocks Pack and an active Season Pass are restored. Consumables like coins and capsules can't be restored once used.

How do I manage or cancel the Season Pass?

On your iPhone, open Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions, choose Kenji's Stack Tower and tap Cancel Subscription. Do this at least 24 hours before renewal. You keep access until the end of the paid month.

How do I get a refund?

Apple handles refunds. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

What are the Cosmic Capsule odds?

They're shown in the game (Shop > Cosmic Capsule > View full odds) and in our Terms.

How do I stop personalized ads?

Turn off tracking in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. In the EEA/UK you can also change your ad consent in the App's settings.
