Privacy Policy: Ferrous: Salvage Mechs

This policy explains how OOKI Games (operated by Regionald Collins, "we") handles information in the iOS game Ferrous: Salvage Mechs (bundle ID com.regionaldcollins.ferrous, the "App") and this website.
What we do not collect
The App has no accounts, no login and no email sign-up, and we do not use an analytics provider. Your game progress, unlocked items, purchase state and settings are stored on your device. We do not sell personal information.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
The App shows ads through Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK). These are optional rewarded ads you choose to watch in the workshop, and an occasional interstitial ad when you return to the workshop. Ads are never shown in the middle of a sortie, and none are shown if you buy Remove Ads. Google may collect and process, under its own policies:
- Device identifiers such as the identifier for vendors (IDFV) or similar app-scoped IDs;
- Your IP address and coarse location inferred from it;
- Advertising and product interaction data (ad views, clicks, app interactions);
- Diagnostic data such as crash and performance information.
This data is used for ad delivery, measurement, frequency capping and fraud prevention, as described in How Google uses data in advertising and the Google Privacy Policy.
Non-personalized ads and tracking
The App requests only non-personalized ads. It does not show Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt, does not use the Apple advertising identifier (IDFA) to track you, and does not track you across other companies' apps and websites.
EEA, UK and Switzerland
If you are in the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, the App shows Google's consent message (User Messaging Platform) before ads are requested, where required. You can review or change your choices at any time in the App's settings. You have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing and to complain to your local data protection authority. Because we do not hold data that identifies you, requests about ad data are best directed to Google, but you may contact us and we will help.
Purchases
The App is free to download. In-app purchases (the one-time Remove Ads unlock, $3.99, and an optional $2.99 support tip) are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your payment details. Remove Ads is a non-consumable purchase that Apple can restore on a new device with "Restore Purchases". Support tips are consumable and are not restored.
Purchases are managed through RevenueCat, which receives an anonymous app user ID and purchase information. RevenueCat processes this data to validate your purchases and unlock what you bought; it does not receive your name, email address or payment details from us. Children
The App is a general-audience game and is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will help remove it.
Data retention and security
On-device data stays until you delete the App. Data collected by Google, and purchase information held by Apple and RevenueCat, is retained under their policies. To ask about your data or to exercise your rights, contact us at ookigames76@gmail.com.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example the EEA, UK, Switzerland or California), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal information and to complain to your local data protection authority. Because we do not hold data that identifies you, requests about ad or purchase data are best directed to Google, Apple or RevenueCat, but you may contact us and we will help.
Changes
We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new "last updated" date.
